Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the PureCut mobile application, related services, website, and all publicly available websites and subdomains provided. By installing and/or using the Services, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the rules of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.
1. Personal Data Collection and Use
1.1 Owner and Data Controller

1.2 Log and Usage Data
Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our App and which we record in log files. Depending on your interaction with us, this log data may include:
Information about your activity in the App (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, files viewed, and other actions you take such as which features you use);
Your IP address;
Device event information (such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL).
We use this information to improve our Services, develop new services and features, and protect you as well as other users. Such information will be guaranteed to be under control of PureCut. We shall protect such Log Data through both technical and administrative means to prevent the risk of loss, improper use, unauthorized access, disclosure or changes.
1.3 Uploaded Images
To use our app for photo editing or image generation, we require access to your photo library and camera. You must explicitly grant this access through the pop-up request that appears on your device. Until you decide to upload images, they remain on your device and are not stored on our servers.
We may collect information about the images, such as identifying objects, scenes, facial and body features, and their presence and location within the image. This information is collected solely to provide relevant functionality and is not stored. Other than images used to perform the requested processing, we do not collect or store other media files (such as audio, video, voice or call recordings).
All uploaded images and data are treated with the utmost confidentiality and are used solely for the requested image processing. We ensure that your data will not be disclosed to any third parties.
1.4 Advertising ID
When you use PureCut, we collect your device’s Advertising ID, which is a unique, resettable identifier provided by your mobile operating system. We use this identifier to perform analytics and improve service quality, including understanding user behavior and optimizing app performance. Collection and use of this data is based on your consent.
2. Operational Data Collection and Use
2.1 Cookies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to enhance the functionality and performance of our application. These technologies help us conduct statistical analyses, improve service quality, track affiliate referrals, and personalize user experiences. Users can manage or disable cookies through their browser settings.

We use a variety of third-party service providers to help us provide the Application including business analytics, marketing, and other services. These providers have limited access to your information, including in some instances User Content, to perform these tasks on our behalf. They are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

6. Storage and Retention of Data
The Company may process and retain your personal information for the period necessary to obtain your consent or to accomplish the purposes specified in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This information may also be retained longer due to applicable legal obligations or based on your consent. You are entitled to request the deletion of your personal information. If you wish to delete your account, we will initiate the deletion of this information immediately.

Right to Opt-out of the Sale of Your Personal Data: You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal data. However, PureCut does not sell any data to third parties;
Right to Opt-out of the Sharing of Your Personal Data: In certain circumstances, we may share the personal data you provide to us with third parties to deliver targeted ads that match your interests. You have the right to opt-out of this sharing by emailing [email protected];
Right to Complain: If you are a resident of the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 18 (or the age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us so we can take the necessary actions. If we discover that we have collected a child’s personal information in violation of applicable law, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the child’s account.

We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time, without prior notice to you, consistent with applicable privacy laws and principles. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
